Vendor Application

Submitting Vendor Forms:
Please note the 2022 Festival is at Hubbard County Fairgrounds, Park Rapids, MN

The 2022 Vendor Form is now available.  If you have trouble viewing the form, please contact us info@farmtofiberfestival.com.  We were recently advised there may be a fee to subscribe to Scribd.  If you do not already have an account, either contact us for the form or send the relevant information without the official form.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Refunds

If you have already paid your vendor fee but are unable to attend the festival, we cannot offer refunds at this time.   We apologize for the inconvenience.

Insurance

Some information about insurance for vendors.   Sustainable Sheep and Fiber Community of Northern Minnesota and Farm to Fiber Festival no longer require vendors to carry insurance but we strongly recommend you consider it.  This insurance protects you from liability should anyone be hurt at your booth space.   Some farm or business policies may already cover you at an event.   If that is not the case, there are companies on-line that provide insurance for single events for artisans, farmers markets and craft fair vendors.

Here are some of the online sources:

Please note that neither the Farm to Fiber Festival nor any one affiliated with it endorses or recommends any of these insurance options.
