What: Demonstrating Hemp-break by Nicolette Slagle
Place:  Winona's Hemp and Heritage Farm Booth
Time:  Throughout the festival
Description:  Demonstrating using dried hemp stalks and our hand hemp-break.  This is the first step in separating the fiber from the rest of the stalk.  There a few ways to achieve the next steps, but heckling is a common way to separate out lengths of thread and further remove other pieces of stalk.


What:  Demonstrating a 3 Drum drum carder by Lynn Mizner
