Saturday 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.:  Virtual Tour of England, Wales and Ireland from a Shepherd's View  $5/person, no materials fee

Instructor: Margo Hanson
Description:  Join Margo Hanson in virtual tour of England, Wales and Ireland, as she visits Jayne, an English breeder of Wensleydales and other rare sheep at her beautiful farm and 800 year old farmhouse. Then it’s off through Wales on narrow back roads where sheep and cattle sometimes have the right of way.  Imagine having the ruins of a castle in the middle of one’s farm? Carreg Cennen Castle  Farm is just that, raising sheep, cattle, and race horses.  The National Wool Museum  is a working museum, still producing beautiful woolen cloth. The historical equipment and pictures tell the fascinating story  of the  Welsh woolen industry. Margo was able to stuff several pounds of odds and ends from the woolen mill in her luggage, available for show and tell after the slide show.
